Identity Data: Name, National or Iqama ID, grade, and school affiliation.
Contact Data: Phone numbers, email, and home addresses.
Location Data: We collect real-time GPS coordinates of the bus during active trips to enable live tracking and provide Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
Attendance Data: Logs generated from scanning student QR Codes to record clock-in and clock-out events.
Purpose of Processing: To enhance student transportation safety, provide real-time visibility for parents, and generate accurate operational reports for schools.
Data Security: All data is protected using encryption in transit and at rest. Access is governed by Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure data privacy and prevent unauthorized access.
Data Sharing: Data is not shared with third parties except under service agreements with registered educational institutions or to comply with legal requirements.
Terms of Use
Eligibility: The platform is designated for officially registered schools, universities, and transportation companies. Accounts are managed by school administrations; public registration is not permitted.
Parent Responsibility: Parents must provide accurate GPS home locations and notify the system of "Non-Attendance" at least 12 hours before the scheduled trip.
Driver Responsibility: Drivers must share their live location during trips, use the QR scanner to accurately log student attendance, and immediately report any emergencies or traffic delays.
Subscription & Payments: Access to services requires an active subscription. The system reserves the right to automatically deactivate services if payment is not made within a 24-hour grace period from the due date.
